Welcome to VS Bracket, operated by Bainbridge Wealth Solutions, LLC("we"). These terms govern your use of versusbracket.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What VS Bracket is

VS Bracket lets you create head-to-head brackets and play brackets made by others, picking your favorite in each matchup until a winner is crowned. Anyone can play; creating brackets requires an account.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or repeatedly infringe others' rights.

Your content

Brackets, titles, descriptions, images, and comments you submit remain yours. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the site (for example, showing your bracket to players and re-hosting images you link so they don't break).

You're responsible for what you upload. Only submit content you have the right to use. Copyright owners can request removal via our DMCA / copyright policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use VS Bracket to:

• post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or harassing;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
• impersonate others or mislead people about a bracket's origin;
• disrupt the service — including scraping at scale, bulk uploads, or scripted plays that inflate results or leaderboards.

Playing brackets

Play is open to everyone, and match outcomes you pick are recorded anonymously to power play counts and rankings. Don't submit automated or falsified plays.

Moderation

We may remove or take down any content at our discretion, including in response to reports and takedown requests. We try to be fair, but we don't promise to host any particular content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved — keep copies of anything you care about.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bainbridge Wealth Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
