Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the US, an equivalent statement), and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
