This policy describes what VS Bracket(versusbracket.com) collects and how it's used. The site is operated by Bainbridge Wealth Solutions, LLC, which is the controller of the data described below. The short version: we collect what's needed to run the site, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), plus optional profile details like a display name and avatar.
• Content you submit — brackets, item titles, images, and comments. Public brackets and profiles are visible to anyone.
• Play data — when you play a bracket, the matchup outcomes you pick are recorded to power play counts and rankings. Plays are not tied to an account.
• Technical logs — our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To operate the site: signing you in, hosting and showing brackets, computing rankings, preventing abuse, and responding to messages you send us. That's it — no selling data, no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Where it lives

Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers the site runs on:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and image storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Cloudflare — domain and network services

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Retention and deletion

Content stays up until you delete it or your account. To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected]from your account's email address. Anonymous play records aren't linked to you and may be retained in aggregate.

Children

VS Bracketaccounts are not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
